KeyCare Homes, LLC offers individualized services designed to support people with intellectual disabilities and autism in achieving greater independence, community involvement, and overall well-being. Each service is delivered in accordance with the participant's ISP (Individual Service Plan) using a person-centered approach that promotes dignity, choice, safety, and inclusion.

As an ODP-approved provider, our services are delivered in alignment with 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100 and applicable Pennsylvania standards.
